Yoga for the mind, body and heart
The body, mind and emotions are connected. However, we tend to be more in our minds than our bodies and hearts. Our stressful lives can keep us stuck in the loop of our thoughts. The mind can become a place of escape where we loose touch with our innermost truths. When we return back into our bodies, we feel our emotions and our truths.
Our thoughts and emotions reflects in our bodies and shows on our posture. At the same time, the posture will affect both the emotional and mental aspects. The yoga practice can be utilized to deal with imbalances in our posture, movements, thoughts and emotions and help us return back into our bodies and hearts.
I help people become more balanced in their musculoskeletal system and nervous system through yoga, to enhance their practice, return to their bodies, become more connected to themselves and to live better lives.
काय – kaya – body

However, my path lead me to learn a lot specifically within back health, and that has become my niche.

How to look within. Try this 7 step process for emotional transformation.
I’ve been doing emotional healing for eight years and it has been incredibly transformational. Working with my emotions has helped me to get a better relationship with myself and to feel better no matter what happens in my life. I’ve found that feeling better within, solves a lot. It has been more effective for me than positive thinking (which is not always beneficial), as it created a real improvement. We often look for resolution outside of ourselves, but often it is the issue inside that creates the sense that something needs to be resolved. I think many people know they need to look inside, but they don’t know how to do it. What is your case?
